Join Enner Glynn School – Friends of the School (FOS)

FOS is the modern day “PTA” a team of parents, caregivers, teachers and our Principal who fundraise and assist our school, children and 

the community in a number of different ways. Our long term goal is to help the school improve our children’s learning environment both 

inside and out. 

With our fundraising we have been able to:

• Purchase and supply of new playground equipment

• Help financially to enable parents to attend school camps

• Purchase uniforms for sport teams and events

• Supply new furniture to our Modern Learning Environments (new classrooms)

• Supply new IT – ie: Cromebooks directly into classrooms
   

We are able to bridge the gap in providing  things for our students where school or ministry funding may not be able to. 
 

FOS Fundraising Events

• Sausage and Milk Days every term

• Pic's Peanut Butter and Milo Days

• Biennial Gala/Carnival (every second year)

• Junior and Senior Discos

• Helping out at school sporting events

• Uniform Sales

• Various other small fundraisers throughout the year

 

Being part of team ensures you get to know a wide range of people in our school, both parents and teachers.

We all have a different skill set and ideas and no one person is lumped “doing it all”, we all spread the load and take into account our personal commitments. You may want to help at a Disco but be unable to help at a Sausage Day, we recognise that and work as a team to all help out where we can. 
 

Any help our FOS can get from our families is hugely appreciated.
