Our Learning Dispositions

At Enner Glynn school we also have a number of 'dispositions' that we feel it is important to teach our children.  These are outlined below and are used to support our children to learn how to behave intelligently when they don't know what to do, or get stuck.  They can use these dispositions in many aspects of their learning, from a problem with a friend, through to overcoming learning difficulties in reading (or another curriculum areas).  These dispositions help give us the 'language' of learning.

These may be useful for working with students to build esteem and understand that learning is not always easy.  They can also be useful in supporting students with learning needs such as Dyslexia.
