Out of School Sport Registrations

We have a wide-range of Out-of-School-Sports on offer for students at Enner Glynn School. This is a great way to learn new skills, have fun, and form friendships both in and out of school. With each sport, there is a fee to play (each sport varies as it is set by the organizers). Once you have registered for a sport, please pay immediately by Internet Banking to Enner Glynn School Board of Trustees: 12-3165-0331741-00, stating your child’s name and the sport they are playing in the reference. Alternatively please come into the school office to pay by cash or eftpos.

Sports offered for children to play in Term 1 are: Volleyball, Ripper Rugby, Mini Football, 3x3 Basketball, T-Ball and Softball.

Cost for the season: $25.00 per player

Each session starts at 3:45pm

FutureFERN - Coaching Workshop

Year 1-2 & 3-4 Tuesday 21st April (6:00pm - 7:30pm) Upstairs in the Netball Pavilion

Year 5-6 Wednesday 22nd April (6:00pm - 7:00pm) Upstairs in the Netball Pavilion

This is a compulsory pre-season coaching module that runs through the philosophy and structure of the futureFERN Netball Programme - follow the link to register.

Basketball - Year 5/6 Only

Season Dates: Fridays - 15th May - 14th August (no games during the school holidays)

Location: Saxton Stadium

Time: First round commences 4pm

Grades available: Year 5-6

Cost: $90 per player for the season

Indoor Cricket - Year 5/6 Boys Only

Season Dates: 19th May - 4th August

Location: Saxton Indoor Centre

Grades: Year 5-6 Boys Only

Cost: $120 per player

Volleyball

Season Dates: Mondays, Season dates TBC

Location: Saxton Stadium

Game Times: 3.50pm, 4.35pm, or 5.20pm (10min practice, 30min game)

Open to: Year 3 - 6

Games: 4 on court (5-6 players per team)

Cost: $40 per player

Rippa Rugby

Season Dates: Fridays, 20th February - 27th March

Location: Tahunanui Playing Fields, Beach Road, Tahunanui

Time: First round commences 4.15pm

Grades available: Year 1-2 Mixed, Year 3-4 Mixed, Year 5-6 Mixed

Games: 6 aside (10-12 players per team)

Cost: $10 per player for the season

Football

Season Dates: Thursdays, Season dates TBC

Location: Saxton Field, Stoke

Time: 4.30pm or 5.00pm games

Grades Available: Years 1-2, Years 3-4, Years 5-6 (Mixed & Girls only leagues)

Games: 5 aside (5-7 players per team), 20 min games

Fees: $15 per player for the season

3x3 Basketball

Year 3-4:

Season Dates: Thursday 12th February - 2nd April 2026 (8 weeks)

Location: Jack Robins Stadium, 104 Neale Ave, Stoke

Time: 3.45pm start (draw issued each week)

Games: 3 aside (4-6 players per team), 20 min games

Cost: $35 per player + $5 BBNZ levy

Year 5-6

Season Dates: Thursday February 26th - Thursday 2nd April (6 weeks)

Location: Nayland College Outdoor Courts, 166 Nayland Road, Stoke

Time: First round starts at 3.45pm (draw issued each week)

Games: 3 aside (4-6 players per team), 20 min games

Cost: $30 per player + $5 BBNZ levy

Softball

Season Dates: Monday 16th February (five weeks)

Location: Saxton Field Softball Park

Time: 4:30pm

TEE SOX: 5-8 Years

ROOKIE SOX SOFTBALL: 9-11 Years

Cost: FREE

Other community sports are available to play and you register and pay directly with the sport.
