Principal Update for Week 1, Term 4 - 2020

Kia ora koutou! It is wonderful to be back and to see everyone again.

A special welcome to all of our new families. Please do come and say 'Hello' as you are around the school, I enjoy making connections through the students to our parent community (especially our new 5 year olds). It is always nice to meet our families and start to put the pieces of a happy, healthy relationship together. This is important to me as it will help me to support your child. Adult relationships are important in a school because the children see these an emulate these in their own relationships. When we greet each other warmly, the kids will do the same!

Today's message is about 5 minutes with some info on class placements, letting us know if you plan to leave the school at the end of the year, reports and learning conferences, and our end of year celebration. There are also some other little gems in there! :-)

Have a lovely week!

Isaac Day

Principal
